We’ve been talking about what to do with the 57 Nomad I picked up last winter. The restoration on this car will be a bank breaker. This car is complete but needs a frame off restoration. Some are suggesting, lifting the body off, doing the chassis and drive train, installing a full floor pan on the body, then put it back together ugly and weathered as you see it now. I like this idea because it postpones the expensive part of the restoration, the finish work while making the car safe to drive. With current trends, the weathered look of this car is in style.
